A LITTLE HELP WITH CLIENT FOLLOW-UPS

Your next follow-up.
Already half done.

The call is over. Your notes are everywhere. Here’s a simple way to turn them into a draft you can review.

01 / The useful bit

Give an AI assistant your call notes or a transcript you’re permitted to use. Ask it to separate decisions, open questions, and commitments before drafting the email.

02 / A starting prompt

Using these notes, list the decisions, open questions, and commitments. Include an owner and deadline only when the notes state them. Then draft a concise follow-up in my voice. Mark anything uncertain for my review. Don’t invent details.

03 / Keep your judgment in the loop

Check names, dates, commitments, and anything that affects the client relationship. Apply your business’s data policies before sharing notes with any AI tool. You review and send the final message.

04 / Make it reusable

Save your preferred structure and an example of your writing. Use them with the next set of notes so you start with a consistent brief.
